- Have listing information paged to all Re/Max Unique Inc. sales representatives
- Submit a copy of your listing to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)of
the Toronto Real Estate Board.
- Advertise an open house held for real estate agents, where lunch is
catered, if appropriate.
- Public open houses on weekends as required.
- Within 48 hours your listing appears on our listing pages of
our internet sites at www.realtor.com,
www.remaxunique.com,
www.MLS.ca, and www.msheehy.com.
- Colour digital photos are taken and feature sheets are prepared, highlighting
the special attributes of the property for distribution to prospects.
- Contact and provide you with a weekly update of your listing. Suggest
and advise you of any changes you might want to make to your property
in order to make it more marketable.
- Advertise your home in The Toronto Star, Globe and Mail, Toronto Real
Estate News, National Post, or Resale Homes.
- Represent you upon presentation of all offers from co-operating brokers,
to help you reach the best price and terms.
