I know tips and tricks to help you through every step of the process, including selecting a reasonable listing price that will help your home sell faster, advertising your home and its features, negotiating the best selling price, and advising you of ways to make a good first impression on potential buyers.

I'll be able to suggest ways to rearrange your home contents to better appeal to buyers as well as offer home-staging advice that will ensure your home does not remain on the market long.
What I Do:
- Help you determine a market value.
- Market your home in a way to minimize interruption of your life style.
- Have listing information paged to all Re/Max Unique Inc. sales representatives
- Submit a copy of your listing to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)of the Toronto Real Estate Board.
- Advertise an open house held for real estate agents, where lunch is catered, if appropriate.
- Public open houses on weekends as required.
- Within 36-48 hours your listing appears on our listing pages of our internet sites at www.realtor.com, www.remaxunique.com, www.Realtor.ca, and www.msheehy.com.
- Colour digital photos are taken and feature sheets are prepared, highlighting the special attributes of the property for distribution to prospects.
- Contact and provide you with a weekly update of your listing. Suggest and advise you of any changes you might want to make to your property in order to make it more marketable.
- Advertise your home in The Toronto Star, Globe and Mail, Toronto Real Estate News, National Post, or Resale Homes.
- Represent you upon presentation of all offers from co-operating brokers, to help you reach the best price and terms.
